We're kicking things off with our FIRST EVER MAMMOTH TRIP, and you're invited!! Think days spent skiing and snowboarding, après-ski sessions, meeting new people, and making memories with the Shoreline crew. Whether you're an experienced rider, just getting started, or coming for the mountain vibes, there's a place for you here. 🏔️ THE DETAILS 📅 Thursday, December 3 – Sunday, December 6, 2026 📍 Limelight Hotel, Mammoth 🏨 3-night accommodations starting at $299 per person 🥐 Complimentary hotel breakfast included ⛷️ Skiing, snowboarding, après-ski & good company! 🏨 WHAT'S INCLUDED? Your Shoreline Après Shred booking includes: 🏔️ 3 nights of accommodations at Limelight Hotel, Mammoth 🥐 Complimentary hotel breakfast 🪩 Access to our exclusive Shoreline Après DJ event during the trip 🫶 The opportunity to experience Mammoth alongside the Shoreline crew! PLEASE NOTE: Registration covers accommodations, complimentary breakfast, and access to our exclusive Shoreline Après DJ event during the trip only. Lift tickets, ski/snowboard rentals, lessons, additional meals, transportation, and personal expenses are not included. 🚐 🚐 OPTIONAL ADD-ON: SHORELINE GROUP TRANSPORTATION Want to ride up to Mammoth with the crew?! 🏔️ We're offering an optional round-trip van ride to Mammoth, including gas, for an additional fee! 💳 TRANSPORTATION PAYMENT Group transportation is booked and paid for separately from your hotel accommodations through Venmo. OPTION 1: PAY IN FULL ⭐ RECOMMENDED Ready to lock in your Mammoth weekend?! Book directly through Dialed Health and pay the full trip amount at checkout. Your spot is secured once your booking is confirmed! With limited availability, we recommend paying in full for the quickest way to confirm your reservation. Please note: All confirmed bookings are nonrefundable. If your plans change, you may arrange for someone else to take your spot through an approved reservation transfer. OPTION 2: $150 DEPOSIT PER PERSON Want to spread out the cost? We've got you! ❄️ STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT Send your $150 deposit via Venmo to: @Sarah-Rourke-1 (Phone number last 4 digits: 4415) Include your full name and "Mammoth Trip" in the payment note. ❄️ STEP 2: RESERVATION CONFIRMATION Your deposit serves as a pending reservation request until we verify availability and officially confirm your spot. Full-payment bookings receive priority while deposit requests are pending. Once your deposit reservation is confirmed, your spot is reserved! If we reach capacity before confirming your reservation, your $150 deposit will be refunded in full. ❄️ STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING We'll send you a personalized booking code reflecting your $150 deposit, which you can apply toward your total on Dialed Health. Your deposit is deducted from the total cost, so you'll only pay the remaining balance! 💳 REMAINING BALANCE DUE: NOVEMBER 3, 2026 Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable once your reservation is confirmed. All remaining balances must be paid by November 3. ⚠️ CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & RESERVATION TRANSFERS Please review the following before registering: • ALL CONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Once your reservation is confirmed, payments are final, whether you paid in full through Dialed Health or reserved with a $150 deposit. • $150 DEPOSIT EXCEPTION: If spots fill up before your deposit reservation is confirmed, your $150 deposit will be refunded in full. Once your reservation is confirmed, your deposit becomes nonrefundable. • CANCELLING YOUR TRIP: If you're no longer able to attend, you may arrange for another person to take your spot. Shoreline can help connect you with people on our waitlist, but finding a replacement and arranging any reimbursement is your responsibility. • RESERVATION TRANSFERS: Once you've found a replacement, contact Shoreline to coordinate the name change on your reservation. All transfers must be approved and completed before the trip, subject to hotel and booking requirements. • PAYMENT DEADLINE: All remaining balances must be paid by November 3, 2026. Reservations with unpaid balances after this date may be canceled, and deposits forfeited. • IF SHORELINE CANCELS THE TRIP: All payments made toward the trip will be refunded in full, including deposits and full payments. Tickets may be subject to refund due to weather.
