OFF DAY SOCIAL | OCT 24 | 9 AM–1 PM Wicked West • Barrio Logan A recovery day with the energy of a party. Join the run, workout, and mobility session if you’re feeling it. Every movement session is optional, so make the day your own. We’re bringing three DJs, including one who’ll run alongside the runners and keep the music going. Back at Wicked West, meet chiropractors, a nurse practitioner, and massage, stretch, and other recovery therapists. Explore cold plunges, sauna, cryotherapy, wellness vendors, mocktails, a kava lounge, arcade games, raffles, prizes, dancing and a few more secrets you have show up to experience! 😉 Come to move, recover, meet people, or all three. There’s no one way to do Off Day.
