Partnership Terms
Exclusive partnership term
- Included at no cost
- Dialed provides a Sauna or Cold Plunge to your gym at no expense, for as long as you remain exclusive to Dialed during the partnership term.
- Yours to keep
- At the end of the term, your gym keeps the Sauna / Cold Plunge at no cost.
- Early termination
- If the agreement is ended before the end of the term, an early-termination fee plus the cost of the Sauna / Cold Plunge applies.
Exclusive categories
Dialed Health serves as your exclusive partner for peptide-based wellness services and recovery equipment — telehealth, cold plunges, saunas, blood testing, recovery modalities, and fitness equipment offered through the Dialed ecosystem.
App exclusivity
Your gym agrees to use the Dialed Health app exclusively for one-off events and ticketing.
Everything else stays yours
Outside these exclusive categories, your gym maintains complete ownership and control of its brand, partnerships, merchandise, sponsorships, vendors, and all other business operations.

Responsibilities & Tracking System
Your responsibilities

- Post flyers and educational content strategically around the gym so members can view and download the app.
That's it — we handle everything else: fulfillment, pharmacy, shipping, support, returns.
Tracking system
- Members receive a unique download link — QR codes provided for posters and newsletters.
- All members are hosted under your gym's ecosystem.
- Every member purchase is traced back to your gym.
- Management portal to view member purchases and profit share in real time.
- Profits paid out monthly through Stripe on the Dialed Health app.
